How much does Albina cost to use?
It is completely free for families to browse inspiration, save favorites, and request quotes. For professionals, the MVP is also free while the marketplace grows.
How do I know I can trust the professionals?
Every professional goes through manual approval by our team. We review the profile, portfolio, and recent activity before it becomes visible in the marketplace. The "Verified" badge means that process is complete.
What is the difference between "Ready to rent" and "Custom"?
A ready-to-rent scenario already exists and is delivered and installed by the professional. A custom scenario is created from scratch around your palette, theme, and names. It takes more time, but it is unique.
Can I request quotes from several professionals at once?
Yes. A structured request can be sent to every professional you choose, so you receive separate proposals that are easy to compare.
What happens after I request a quote?
Professionals receive your request with the event date, location, theme, names, and extra services. They have 48 hours to reply with a proposal, price, and availability. You receive an email for each reply.
Does Albina charge commission on the party value?
No. In the MVP, Albina does not charge commission on the amount paid to professionals. Future revenue will come from optional subscriptions and paid visibility for professionals who want more reach.
